Arriving at the Playroom
- Please arrive on time for your appointment (our waiting room is currently closed).
- You will be asked to complete a COVID-19 Screening Checklist before entering the building.
- If your child passes the screening they may have their temperature taken outside the front door, and if under 38 degrees Celsius, will be allowed to enter the building.
- Children will be asked to wear a mask and sanitize their hands before entering the playroom.
- If your child begins to experience any symptoms of COVID-19 while in the playroom, their play therapy session will be ended and you will be contacted for pickup. Environmental cleaning of the space your child was in will be conducted once they have left.
- Staff will comply with the same screening verification and will reschedule any in-person appointments as required.
